(another)Day 1
October 1st- brushing crumbs from chocolate covered pretzels off my chest and throwing out the empty Salted Caramel ice cream pint I know without a shadow of a doubt, that I am a backslider. I have backslid. What a fail.
I have spent a better part of the last 5 months dicking around pretending that I was on a diet and attempting to loose weight. I realize this as I note that a) I cancelled my weight watchers subscription b) haven't measured/weighed myself in a while c) my jeans still fit exactly as they did a couple months back (managed to finally drop comfortably back into a size 12. argh nothing to be proud of...) d) Myfitnesspal has an annoying reminder on my phone telling me that it has been a whopping 5 weeks since I last logged any food or activity progress.
I know that I need to start over... I must get my motivation and determination back, I must prepare to work hard to see results. I read Size 12, You're Fat!, a motivational article about how being a size 12 (despite it being the national average) is still insanely fat, and that size 12ers, like myself, should not kid themselves otherwise. Thanks for this Momlogic, you really know how to motivate. I then flip over to pintrest (who does a far better job at motivation) to pin inspirational quotes and hot women who probably work out an insane amount of time to look that fucking awesome- choice examples below.

Today I (re)begin my "hardcore workout regime" with the Jillian Micheals 30 Day Shred. I silently vow to myself to do this every day for the next 30 days. Hopefully I can see a miraculous transformation like this:

Determined as I was...
The effort from May to October.... the lost 5 months.
I was determined that by November 2012 I would be 140. It seemed reasonable 5 months=20 weeks= a potential 40 pound loss. HA, wishful thinking.
I have manged to some how scrape off about 10 pounds and land myself at 176lbs. I am pretty pleased that I am here, but honestly, knowing my body, I think just stopping the excessive eat-till-I'm-bloated meals and throw-in-a-run-or-so have really made an impact.
Here are a number of changes I made (or thought about making):
1. Become arunner jogger- Current Status: have not progressed very far either in terms or speed or mileage.
2. Drink more water- possibly the only thing I am doing consistently.
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables- well, I do eat more fruits, but I still steer clear of green beans and carrots.
4. Exercise 60 minutes 5-6 days a weeks- err well this has panned out to be more like 20 minutes 2-3 times a week.
5. Keep up the motivation and inspiration by looking for things online- yes this I do, I do this because it is a hell of a lot funner than actually working out.
So let's recap: I am 22. 5' 3". Size 12. Stagnating at a whopping 176lbs. Winner, not.

Day 1: One Eighty Seven
May 10th, 2012- Day of my First Real Job Interview since Graduation.
9:45 am Freshly out of the shower hoping to slip into my suit and be off… I was not able to slip into my suit, I was not even able to wiggle into it, in fact… standing in my room in my underthings, I started panicking as I realized I would have to stuff myself into it.
5-7 minutes later…Around 9:50ish JUST managed to stuff every bit of me into my size 10 suit. I knew that if I even took a breath too deeply, I would pop.
10 am I get to my car and attempt to sit down when I hear KKRAASSHHH. I had ripped the zipper on the side of my suit pant wide open. FML. Sitting in my car I was stunned and holding back tears of fury and frustration I decided then and there, I would have to loose some weight and get back down to being
